Aaaahhhh.....ff bekomen van de eerdere hopbommetjes. Volle bak druiven, opvallend zacht voor een lambiek en iets van steenvruchten. Niet echt zuur, ietwat droog maar toch met een klein zoetje. Heerlijk.

Really nice earthy green grape. A bit of sweetness, slightly honeyed. Tart and nicely vinous.long-lasting, but the bottle went too quickly. Work Christmas lunch

Iets funky en veel druif. De zuurgraad is bescheiden. Naast het droog in de finish is ook een zoetje waarneembaar. Cantillon stelt eigenlijk nooit teleur. Topper uit 2021..

Ohhh… really great balance. Sour gushiness and then bone dry. Really sudden pivot. This would be spectacular with food.

Back in the days, this was my fav Cantillon. Now, this is still amazing. Unlike the last one I tried, here you can really find the viognier. It's not a Chateaux Grillet, but the wine's there. Terrific, tart-apricot-cereal funky combo.
