Bleuet, poivre, framboise, végétal, un peu floral, menthe poivre. Palette de goût très intéressante, comme les toujours la camerise. Un peu trop acétique.

Nez: fruit rouge , acide, tannique; bouche: attaque acide legerement tanique puis fruité par la baie avec le lambic qui se marie très bien. Bonne longueur acidite modéré avec le temps super.

Sour. Berries, that I guess are those Haskap berries. Something jam-like. Smooth. Dry finish, with fruity undertones in the aftertaste. Fine balance. (Bias alert).
