Zwanze 2021! Inte som mina drömmars Magic, här är vaniljen alldeles för blyg, men visst är det gott. Drottningsylt med extra sötma från vaniljen.

LCI - new job celebration beer. Better than the Besk keg by far but the fruit levels squash all presence of the base beer. Acid is expertly kept in check by the vanilla sweetness though.

Very interesting Lambic but with gas, strong aroma of raspberry but a certain creaminess from the vanilla. The bkueberry was hard to find, somehow.

Solid vintage. Sweetness is balanced perfectly by sourness. Vanilla rounds out the finish. A disappointingly low blueberry flavour, but great nonetheless.

A little less vanilla than other vintage, might be from the age too, at least partly. Slight acetic note from the raspberry, fine but I wouldn't wait any longer. Dusty and funky, plenty of carbonation, very fruity with a soft vanilla background

Fruitlambieken blijven toch mijn favoriet. De fruitsmaak in deze is heel zacht, mede door de vanille. Die compenseert ook het zure van het bier.

Vanilla addition is very punchy on the nose and adds some interesting sweet notes throughout. Sherbet carb, light funk, hefty framboise acidity, never ending dry blueberry / oak finish

Eindelijk! 😍 Scherp, framboos, veel bosbes, klein bitter accentje, jeneverbesje, citroentje, aards, pitjes, toasted kantje. Droog einde, vervolgens een confituurtaartje in de nagalm.

Blueberry and raspberry jammy aromas. What a blend of sweet and sour, very balanced without the vanilla taking over the sour fruitiness. Missing the usual funk but bringing together a fun combo with a serious enough fruitiness and depth.
