Peu d'acidité, pas mal d'amertume et un petit côté fumé / prune cuite sur une base de vin blanc doux

Petit jus de fruit avec des notes pomme, melon, raisin, une finale un peu épicée. Ronde. On a peu le lambic mais c'est très cool

LCI. Very dry, sweet, herbal, but overall quite delicate. Very close to a wine at this point. Well balanced.
