Completely different from how I remember it! So complex and unique from other lambics from Cantillon. Herbal and floral, some bitterness, fruity and funky. Beautiful.

So good. Tangy and briny, a hint of tropical fruitiness on the finish. One of Cantillon’s most unique beers and always one of my favs.

Pretty good, but I do prefer Cantillon's lambic over this. Can definitely taste some hops, but it's not that bitter. A little heavier than I want from my sours. The water is really good here thankfully.

Pas mal du tout. It smells pretty wild, and the first feeling in mouth is it really is: flowers, spices, medium tartness and and acetic profiled. But then it evolves to something else, sweet and not that light-bodied for the style, honey and cereals.

Tasting great. Leafy hop character still intact, with a great tangy stone fruit and hearty earthy horseblanket funkiness. Good stuff

Extremely subtle use of hops in this one makes it a unique brew from Cantillon masters, I’m French but I’m sorry, I enjoy this more than any fine wine I have tasted in my life…

Beautifully funky, cereal, a bit citric, and of course much more hoppy that the traditional lambics.

LCI. First time for me, hop bitterness is prominent but balanced with funk and tartness. Very nice indeed.

Got this bottle from the source a few years back, aging nicely. Typical Loon funk and very well balanced with just slight bitter finish

Picked this up at P Franco a week or so before everything went into lockdown. Got 2 bottles - drank one fresh and left this one alone. Has definitely benefited from the hops chilling out a little

Great water with earthy honey notes. Not bitter, but still has some hop presence. I do think a few more years on this would be money.
