Wie ich finde eines der besten Cantillon Biere der erweiterten Standardserie. Ungewohnt hopfig und bitter. Das einzige Cantillon mit frischem Hopfen. Exzellent.

Świetny rocznik. Skórzano-serkowo-skarpetowy lambik z wysoką goryczką. Dość ściągający, wytrawny, relatywnie mało kwaśny. Piwo bardzo lekkie w odbiorze. Pyszne!

Interessant med en ferskere Iris. Mørkt. Urter... mynte?!? Eple, pære, eddik, sitron, funk, ost, eik, vanilje, barnyard, horseblanket, hvit pepper, fersken, gress, deig, jord, kjeks, og mer. Nokså lav karbonering.

Absolutely delicious. The spicy dry hop notes meld beautifully with the base lambic.

Pregevole Lambic, fatto partendo dalla geuze tradizionale di Cantillon, viene poi lasciato maturare due anni in botti di quercia con del luppolo vecchio. Sapore devastante, la beva risulta fresca e con un sentore di luppolo sorprendente
