Extra vinous and tannic. I think the tannins give this bottle a great well rounded character.

It's GREAT to drink from time to time a good Cantillon, and this is exactly as the good ones taste. Really winey, ripe cherries, wood. Tart but also somehow sweet, a hint of vanilla. Tannic. This must age well as fuck.
