A subtle beast - if very funky. Significant woody element; potentially from the grapes being macerated in chestnut barrel. Endlessly beautiful red grape must. Allergies unfortunately curtailed my tastebuds through some of it. May be worth an extra 0.25.

Compared to the wine, which is very good by the way! The grapes are very recognisable in the lambic, a lot less dry, a little bit more sweet, vinous and a nice base profile! I would like to say it's a bit better than the 2021.. 4,25+

Неплохо. Сделано из монтальчино. В аромате копчёности, изолента. Во вкусе - красные кислые ягоды, винегрет.

750ml bottle. Tangy/tart/sour red grape taste. Not really my style but never been a huge Cantillon fan tho. Thanks Billy W.

Dużo beczki (drewno i wanilia), mocno winne, wyczuwalna wiśnia i klimaty brandy, jest trochę rodzynkowej słodyczy w aromacie. Dzikość na granicy autosugestii, kwaśność relatywnie niewysoka. Fajne, złożone ale i tak Vigneronne i Lamvinus lepsze 🙃

Grape, wine, wood, elderflower, hay, spice, etc… complexed characters. Medium high tartness, mild or hint of sweetness and bitterness, mild astringency. Strong carbonation, medium body. Grape, wood like aftertastes. Elegant, yummy!
