Incredibly unique. Dry bubbly funky sour grapes with an incredible aftertaste of sweetness. The grapes are sharp and border on an apple-like flavor

Spicy grapes with nutmeg, parsley, nuts, Federweißer undertones, rising dough, mild sulphur, young, spicy, intense. Very interesting.

Initial wave hits you with fermentee vegetables (cabbage, I'm looking at you) but it opens up pretty well. Sweet red gooseberries. Citrusy. Funky. Acidic.
