Pairing crème brûlée aux panais et chantilly betteraves. Rien a voir avec les versions précédentes, c'est d'une finesse et d'une longueur de fou. Lychee ananas au nez, sauvignon blanc et chardo qu'on retrouve en bouche. Longueur et équilibre magistrale

I don't wanna be the usual guy going against the flow but...I really liked this one way more than the first 2 batches. Has still an acetic note, but this one has character, and the right notes from THOSE wines. Nice beer.

LCI hier. De la personnalité et de la finesse, on profite bien du caractère vineux. C'est frais, léger, expressif.

Vineuse, plutôt légère, tout en finesse, avec un côté vin blanc en trame de fond. Un aspect plutôt végétal amène également de l'équilibre. Très bien !

La bière la plus clivante. 2 bouteilles. Une a fond sur l'asperge au nez, l'autre sur le chou fleur. Le nez 'est absolument pas sexy. Par contre, j'ai kiffé en bouche. Végétal, vif, acide. Bien cool .

Пока не готово к употреблению, неприятная уксусная кислота. Отдельно от всего пить можно, но после 2-летней Софии совсем теряется. Авансом оценка за потенциал и имя.

De eerste van de dag, even wennen, vrij intense zuurtje. Na paar slokken weer helemaal geacclimatisseerd.🤣 verfijnde druiven, veel zachter dan intitieel. Good one

Starts pretty sour, even acidic with a spritzy carbonation making it pretty refreshing! Citrusfruit like lemons with some musty grape profile from the Chardonnay, Tokay and Sauvignon Blanc.. Couldn't guess the grapes if you asked me, except the latter..
