Nice to be in the famous Belgian cantillon. Very chilled in here too. Enjoying a bottle share with the always acclaimed David B. This is a grape and spritzy light white wine style lambic that’s a little to acidic for me but not had a lambic for a while.

Odd on the nose, taste was better than smell.

Acidic, grapey nose. Acetic taste, a bit of funkiness, grapes and acidic taste. Paired with Alalunga tuna/Quince/Wild greens stew/Kopanisti cheese/Cauliflower

Initial wave hits you with fermentee vegetables (cabbage, I'm looking at you) but it opens up pretty well. Sweet red gooseberries. Citrusy. Funky. Acidic.

Пока не готово к употреблению, неприятная уксусная кислота. Отдельно от всего пить можно, но после 2-летней Софии совсем теряется. Авансом оценка за потенциал и имя.
