Dry, quite intensely funky grapes, sour citrus fruits, lemon and lime, wet oak. Clear gold, small, frothy, white head. Medium sour. Sour, wet oak, lemon and lime juice, acidic funk, funk, vinous, soft carb, full bod. Punchy, a bit too sour.

Doet wat denken aan cider en champagne. Redelijk droog en trekt een beetje in de keel. Tikkeltje granny smith.

LCI - C’était le dernier verre, un petit verre.. je me souviens avoir plutôt apprécié, vineuse, notes végétales, maraîchères, terreuse.. c’était spécial mais pas désagréable

Final palate cleanser of the night. Cantillon funks are really on a different level. Tart, refreshing, mouthwatering.

Wasn’t super in love with this bottle but I suppose it’s directionally how I feel with a lot of the wine collabs being done.

EB Frilltessence 2023. Paired with cauliflower “steak” with fermented shiitake and bacon crisp. Has lost a lot of the really weird cauliflower vegetal notes which was kinda sad for the pairing but good for the beer. Still a hint volatile but also good.

O, dobra butla, wbrew narzekaniom wielu na nie :) winogronka lambikowe ladnie. Moze kapka za duzo kwasnosci, lekuchno octowej, ale nie wadzacej
