Rad. IMO cantillon red grape varietals all seem to be some variation of st lam, but this is one of the better ones.

Flanders #3: Aha, transitioning to the red grapes! Again, beautifully dynamic, with tart, oaky, fruity undertones supported by the more heavy-hitting red grapeskins - that gives it just that little more sour touch compared to the previous. Wonderful.

This drinks like 80% wine and 20% lambic. My only complaint is the nose, it reminds me of a way more subtle St Lam.
