Mild. Young. Sweetish Gewurztraminer with mild lambic funk. Not much brett. Wine influnece big.

Super clean, no Cantillon funk but it is smoothly funky, beautiful fruity aroma and smooth fruity flavoured with little tartness. Impressive. 4.5+

Quite simple, a little flat, super grape forward. Really smashablr and lovely. Kinda like a grape ale.

A proper lambic should follow the two literally blessed stouts from Anchorage to end this tasting. Another excellent grape oriented lambic by Cantillon. Hay, lemon notes, with lots of white grape cherry skin and the trademark funk in the aftertaste. Great

Met gewurztraminer pommace. Goed fris, vineuze mineraliteit zit er goed in. Beetje zoetig.

Altijd leuk op de 'zolder' bij Cantillon. Deze nog nooit gehad. Weer zo'n mooie wijn bier hybride. Ben ik tegenwoordig echt fan van. Heel zacht, druiven (Gewurztraminer) overheersen het zurige. Leunt aan met waar ik bij Antidoot ook van hou, hybrides! ♥️

The wine used in this beer was absolutely stellar, the nose, the taste, everything! Beer was also super good, a bit less expressive than Le Plaisir to me, but still a great Cantillon. 🍻

J’avais hâte de goûter à celle-ci et je ne suis pas déçu. J’ai néanmoins préféré le Plaisir bû juste avant. C’est vraiment intéressant de faire le side by side avec le vin aussi.
