Jeune, très certainement. Je l’apprécie ainsi à ce stade mais avec de l’âge c’est une toute autre histoire. La patience est de mise et est porteuse de révélations étonnantes avec celle-ci.

Trying the bottle at young age. A bit lighter than previous vintages/tastings but nonetheless a delicious and unique beer. A personal favorite. Will age other bottles a bit more.

4.35. Bottled in Oct. 2022. Sooo good. 3rd time having this batch. Funky and lactic acid. Beautiful barrel-aged hints. Vinous. Malty in the finish.

Aperol spritz i fargen. Flat. Funky, samtidig ganske mild i smak. Lambic fra sesongen 18-19, flasket i fjor. Gleder oss til Carnevale Brettanomyces.
