This one never was a favorite of mine, but today I realized that it works very well with food and eating an apricot or a cherry tomato the beer feels quite salty afterwards. Low carbonation, vinous, flat and funky.

Bottled Jan 2023. Three year old lambic - this the perfect demonstration of Cantillon's art.

I do prefer the gueuze over the single year lambic, but only by a bit.

So many flavors. Unparalleled high brow taste. There are no equals.

Very funky, woody bitterness. Bright fruity notes. Wish it had some carb, though.

I was informed the bar code came up wrong. Apologies for my ignorance 😊

I'm always above the market on this one, and had to take advantage of the opportunity

Nice and smooth. Fresh with very lil funk. Will be able solo this one easily.

Come down in price a smidge and I’ll session this every other weekend. Quite dry, nice tart and just the right amount of funk without overloading the palette

Tasty! Still but I *still* like it. Mild and soft funk.

Flat as Kansas, slight funk, but not nearly as funktastic as it should be with some age.

This one is pretty good! Could certainly use a decade or two aging.

Happy 20th to the very best beer bar in Boston. Been an important place for me and mine for a long time. Lots of great memories here. Look forward to many more.

Crisp and balanced with a gentle half citrus half near pit stone fruit, a dry wine finish
