It's a classic for a reason. This is pretty much the definition of a gueuze, with strong astringency, pepperiness, a sour kick, and something like a salty middle. Super interesting and complex, but definitely not for everyone.

Absolutely beautiful combination with top notch moule, but the showstopper is the homemad mayo for the fries!! 🔥

Bottled March 14 2022. Probably the freshest gueuze I’ve ever had. Really nice. Of course not much complexity there but well rounded already.

Happy summer solstice🌞🌞🌞. Tight raft of foam, such lovely carbonation. Peach flesh, stone fruit skins and stone fruit stone tannins. Bit short in it's delivery. Missing that lovely match stick reduction that I get in 3F. A treat.

Not as sour as many other beers in its category, but it is truly an excellent beer.
