More carbonation than 3 days ago, it makes lambic not too watery. Still huge berry flavor, layered with silky vanilla note.

During Zwanze Day at the Hoppy Pub Thessaloniki. Vanilla was evident in the aroma, but not in taste. I have tasted a fresh batch 1 bottle of this back when it was fresh and I was completely blown away by the vanilla back then. Kegged is mostly berries tho

LCI. Pastry lambic strikes again.... sour, fruity, sweet, vanilla and raspberry. Delicious, but needs a touch of funk! Maybe more in bottle.

The nose was there and so was the carbonation, but it seemed a bit watery. Would be interesting to try the regular bottled version and see the differences.
