Fabulous. Balanced. Clean. Lots of grapes. Great acidity.

Je préfère les St-Lam avec quelques années au cellier. Plus douce , un peu moins sur le raisin.

Wow thanks for sharing this gem Taylor S. ! Super soft red fruit, fluffy wheat and mellow funk. Bottle/cork was in excellent shape.

Perfect age for this beer. St Lam is always so lovely

Definitely the best st lam that I've ever had. Amazing complexity in every sip. Merlot grapes are still dominant after all these years. Alongside with some cheesy notes in the aroma and hints in taste, followed by leather and funk. Mind blowing for sure!

Hvad har vi dog gjort, for at vi skal have det så godt? Smager så dejligt, masser af funk og kompleksitet

The flavor here has changed significantly over time but it's still complex yet chuggable and simply amazing. 4.8

A very slight mini eruption after uncorking (I never do a clean job when uncorking sideways) but damn, this has held up perfectly. As good or better than any Saint Lam I've had. Super fruit forward, great wine notes, perfection. Bump to 5 for this bottle.
