Intensely aromatic of an explosively herbally cedar that leans into Palo Santo actually with a touch of toastiness and pungency on the nose, while taste is more lactic and dry, but also frothy of a funky grape tang. More new friend offerings.

Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : raisins, boisé, vins blanc, léger herbeux. Bouche : douceur, raisins, légère sucrosité, vins blancs, acidité légère. Superbe équilibre avec de belles notes de vins et un léger boisé.

Tellement content de pouvoir boire un peu de Cantillon en France. Produit franchement succulent. Pas trop d'acidité. Le raisin s'exprime à la perfection. Finale boisée que s'étire. Meilleure que Drogone. Pas pire comme mercredi!

有幸喝过Batch1，个人感觉这个批次丝毫不逊色。闻香有股奇妙的奶茶味。我很喜欢在lambic引入甜味的酒。过汝拉黄酒桶的香味奔放，这款相较收敛，但我认为更加优雅。
