7Oct2015, 75cL. Cellared upright for the past 5yrs, resulting in a brittle cork. But poured with a nice fluffy head. Mature barnyard funk, almost no fruitiness, pleasant grain/malt and a surprisingly bitter finish. A bit unbalanced.

This was nice. Subtle. Not overly tart or funky. Pretty sophisticated. Fruity and dry.

Hazy blond beer, thin creamy white head. Aroma: tart, sharp, earthy, malt. Taste: sour, tart, dry, rich, low bitterness, a bit astringent. Modest carbonation.

4 October 2015. Nice aged and mellow dusty musty funk. Little heavy on the grapefruit notes though

Bien plus complexe avec le vieillissement. Ce qu’elle perds en fraîcheur, elle le gagne en arôme et longueur.

Très funk, vraiment cool. Un peu "déçu" parce qu'elle n'était pas marquée par l'âge. Par contre ça en dit bcp sur le potentiel de garde :D

Massive levels of musty funk on this bottle - the lemony zing is gone, and I agree with Jeff R. that it has developed an almost apple-y character. Earthy & dry doesn’t begin to encapsulate this; feels like Brussels dirt was an adjunct. Weird but good.
