Zwanze 2022: il fiore di sambuco risalta in olfatto e primo imbocco lasciando un’aromaticità timida al Lambic che si innesta prepotente nel retro-palato. Dovrei provarla fresca.

3/25/2018: 🫑, and nice Gueuze. Not pickle juice, but the bell/jalapeño pepper is hard to get past even with the nice Gueuze base.

Une cantillon qui sort de l'ordinaire, un nez à la fois végétal sur les légumineuses et florales avec cette belle signature de vieux bois poussiéreux, une pointe fromagé. Surpris par cette acidité aussi douce, carbonatation faible, vineux en finale. 4.1.

Flowerish, lemonish, elderflower, funky, acid nose. Flavor is moderate tarty, funky, dusty, straw, farmhouse, spices, dry funky ending. Body is medium, texture is oily, fizzy carbonation.

LCI more earthiness tan expected, the elderflower is pretty much gone. Still a good brew.

Loads of elderflower. Must be a full stem press/ferment since it’s got the florals and is super complex, and good. Super generous of Kayla.

BD 25/05/18. Geur best wel funky en dito gistig, aardig wat vlierbloesem; groen daarvan, wat kurk, wat stoffig, iets peperig. Sm sl aan, licht zuur, wat tart, ook hier erg groenig bloemig, best wel bittere en red wrange afdr. Mij wat té moeilijk. 4-

Vlierbloesem nog steeds duidelijk aanwezig en een erg fijne lambiek. Denk wel dat ik liever een verse Mamouche heb.
