Now obvs aged Iris is where it’s at, but this is also where it’s at. Has an orange peel vibe among the oak and light new leather funk. Mouthfeel is stunning. Big on the Loon Factory twang to finish. Glad I picked up a shit load on last visit.

Heel bizar ... nog nooit zo een goeie Iris gedronken. Volle smaak , donkerder van kleur. Bottledate 8/03 . Dit is top , wat gaat dit naar verouderen worden ?

Heeel veel funk erin ! Ook wat moutig, licht floraal, heel leuk bittertje en mooi zuurtje dat zachtjes doorgaat tot in afdronk.

Iets donkerder en qua smaak wat moutiger dan een reguliere lambiek, appel, abrikoos, wat funk, vrij zuur en licht zoet met een vrij bittere afdronk. Zacht, eenvoudig maar doeltreffend en erg lekker 4.35
