Zapach maliny, lekko utlenione, intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, cierpkie, maliny, lekko ocet, utlenione lekko, intensywne, już ma najlepsze czasy za sobą.

Bardzo ladne truskaweczki, daje mocnymi, slodkimi truskawkami, z lekka kwasnoscia i siarka w backgroundzie, 4,3, s: nagazowane, kwasne, octowe i truskawkowe, dochodzi grejofrut, stajnia lekka, skora, ale gaz i kwasnosc przeszkadza, 4,1 overall.

Unreal. Complex umami unlike most anything I've had. Fairly dry acidity with pleasant sulphurous berries. Feels like this is right in it's wheelhouse 5 years past the bottling date. Super glad to have opened this right now.

04Apr2016. Funked up a bunch, and fruit is obvs still strong (getting a tad seedy, though). Acidity was a bit higher than expected based on previous bottles. Always nice to reminisce about international beer vacations. 🥲
