Funky fruit skins, apricot and white grape. Dry and oaky white wine, slight acidity and a peppery burn. Browning apple skins with a splash of calvados heat.

A mix of plump, tangy & Sauternes like grapes roughly chopped & some oak barrel character on the nose; tangy grape & rich sultana taste, bright lactic acidity & soft brett funk; then grape skin tannin dries the palate; grape flesh & quince/lime jelly end.

Magnifique robe dorée, c’est assez jeune, pas hyper funk, le raisin est bien expressif, tout entier, avec la peau, un poil sucré, acidulé.. que c’est agréable !

Tout est dans le titre. C'est vineux, le raisin est très marqué, on ressent la peau du fruit. L'ensemble est doux et un peu acidulé. Les marqueurs du bois sont présents avec un peu de funk. Tellement bien construit.
