Grapey nose with that classic aroma of Cantillon lambic. Really really nice color. Fairly sweet and carbonic on the tongue, like a sparkling wine. Hit of grape sweetness that mellows into complexity. Finish is clean and dry with a fruit burst. Acidic.

That’s pretty darn good. Mix of 9 grapes leaves it a little sweet but not in a bad way, makes it very drinkable

Œil : jaune, col fin. Nez : douceur, raisins blancs, leger acidité, fruits jaunes. Bouche : belle puissnace, fruits jaunes, pêches, raisins blancs, douceur, boisé, vineux, acidité équilibré. Superbe !

Gros stock chez Elena. Pizza Camp pop up. Faisait longtemps j’avais pas eu de date avec Bruno. Vraiment belle bière, délicate, goûteuse. 60$ vraiment fair.

Cascina degli Ulivi is one of my favourite beverage producers. So is Cantillon. This collab is a twisted mindfuck. And bears the most beautiful label I've seen on a beer bottle in a long time.

We’re accumulating friends! The UK via Vancouver acquaintance we made last night at Moeder joined us with our new Dublin friend who courted us to share bottles. Beer is always better with people.
