Certainly a beer not intended to be drank fresh, but i put one in the cellar to forget about. Dry, tannic, earthy, mineral aftertaste. Pleasantly delicate. Taste is def enhanced by not having to fly 3,512 miles to try iT

Histoire de marquer la reprise de la vie réelle. Magnifique gueuze avec un élevage légèrement marqué. Gros funk, belle longueur, on est dans le registre vineux.

Kijk, nu begint het erop te lijken. Dik, zacht, droog, hout. De port haal ik er niet uit. Maar voor een geuze achtig bier is deze anders. Mooie body...... Genieten!

Splendide exercice de style, c'est tout en équilibre, tout en maîtrise, ça tire sur la pomme verte, sur le fruit juteux... On aurait envie de la boire en parallèle d'une bon repas !

Encore 5. God damn que c’est bon ça. Ça kick avec l’arrière goût de sirop d’érable mais sans le sucre ou toffee sans le sucre.
