Fairly low sourness & acidity. Fruit forward. Chalky grape skins. Quite juicy. Fresh and tart. Light funk. Low fat greek yoghurt. Some wood and mustiness. Slight bitterness. Smooth and very drinkable, albeit not overally complex.

Nez vinaigré/balsamique. Goût pas mal plus fin, pas mal poivré, très raisin, peu sûre comparé à comparé de d’autres cantillons que j’ai essayé. Ne dure pas si longtemps en bouche. 4,5 ++

Gorgeous sweet aroma of grapes and strawberries, with a hint of lactic acidity. Clear on the palate, with a light acidity and astringency like a rosé wine. The lactic acidity is sharp and spreading, yet crisp, gentle and elegant.

Nice mellow red wine influence; kind of diluted pinot noir. Still a little bit of funk but not the acidity of typical cantillon. Nice break for the stomach.

Na de verkenningsronde bij Cantillon aangekomen bij de Poechenellekelder. Nu een Drogone, een 3-jarige lambiek met rood fruit. Heerlijk fris, perfect in koolzuur, friszure body, tintelende afdronk. Prima plekje, volledig volgehangen met antiek #75cl
