Fruity sourish beginning. Nice sour red grapes, moderate funky. Easy to drink, soft grape with funk in the back, very nice and smooth with a fruity tart finish.

Beaucoup plus léger que les deux bouteilles précédentes, j’ai eu un petit goût de fraises. C’était plus difficile à ce stade ci mais c’est intéressant de voir les nuances entre les différents cépages.

I don''t drink much lambic, but this was delicious by any standard. Lots of flavor, not much tartness at all, but enough to give it character and lent itself to a varied food menu.

Super robe pourpre avez des reflets violets, c'est beau ! Attaque peau de raisins bien expressive, funk léger, finale assez douce. Bel équilibre mais manque un peu de longueur
