One from last night. There are worse beverages to imbibe in a hotel. Lovely bitter, earthy, biscuit, vinous, herbal, almost elderflower, oak, dirty funk. Complex but a bit rough on the finish. Well worth ageing on this evidence.

Iris is always great. They dry hop is mellow and blends nicely.
