Very mild. Not a lot of lambic character left other than some oak. Very pleasant on the grape character but in a subtle way.

L8-1: toch van andere kwaliteit dan de FouFoune, had van mij nog een wijngaard Merlot meer in mogen zitten. En zuur ook, bleh.

Pours red with a thin head, a vinous nose along with a tart, acidic, woody body. Buy it if you find it!

J'étais incapable de gérer Untappd tout au long de la soirée. Probablement ma petite déception de la soirée, je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus. On goûte surtout la gueuze, j'aurais aimé plus sentir le raisin. Acidité dans la moyenne.

More sour than I expected. Very red wine like. A bit skunky. Pleasant carb. Honestly, this is probably better than the rating I’m giving it, but I was more lost in the conversation it was shared over than the beer itself.

5 years in the bottle has kicked out some of the fresh fruit notes but what remains is a wonderfully dry, oaky, tannic, vinous liquid. Still very acidic!

Bonne acidité . Les fruits sont encore bien clean. Un peu de funk. Interessante mais elle ne sort pas du lot
