Bottled 26 May 2023 so eight months in the bottle. Good. Not overly tart thanks to vanilla, slightly wooden (good here, not good in a NEIPA) with dry red fruit. Solid fun, not full extravaganza.

Strong think raspberry and a little blueberry , a little acidic and funky. Had it at once before and I think it’s grown on me

A little more rubber than I wanted, but it's solid. Age will do it well.

Fruité (cassis, framboise, cerise), vanillé, étonnamment sucré. Bien funky

A pastry lambic on tap follows. Vanilla is dominant here. A tad acetic but refreshing. Completely overpowers the rauchbier before that.
