BD 21-10-23. Zo met de laatste zonnestralen deze week toch een fou'foune opengetrokken. Prachtig spul. Nog behoorlijk vers, maar zo vol in de romige abrikozen. Heerlijk.

Разумею што добры ламбік, але альбо я не дарасла, альбо для мяне занадта моцны (а можа пяты кісляк - гэта ўжо занадта). А можа я проста ў чырвоныя ягады і кветкі больш)

Matko bosko, te morelki sa fantastyczne, jak wroce, to opierdole cantillonowy dzemik z tych morelek, tak sie zegnamy z Belgia! 4,4, s: no tu troche lipa, bo mocno morelowe, i fajne, ale kompotowe, metaliczne i funky pazurka malo, niemniej 4,2 overall.

Abricot très prononcé au nez mais moins en bouche. Manque peut-être de maturation ? Lambic dans l'ensemble très bon !

Start of the bottle share and a great start with a lovely Cantillon. A nice light fruity lambic with a peach and apricot sweetness to it.

Mix and match ripe/bruised/squishy with apricot/nectarine/peach, then add (only slightly musty) oak barrels, soft lactic acidity, something halfway between pineapple cube sweets & rotting pineapple funk, mown hay & some chalky cream cheese.
