Consistently my fav gueuze. Funky, briney, overripe green apples, white grapes and oak. Cantillon gueuze never disappoints.

Fantastically well balanced. Opens with a vibrant flavor of overripe green apple, transitioning into a lightly funky acidity, before finishing with complex notes of oak, grass, and grape skins. Cheers to unique beer 3,500 🍻

Tastes exactly as it should. Like a fresh smack to the face after waking up in your step-sisters bed in the barn.

Much less impressive than last time, when I had an 2020 bottle. But still it's very funky and tart

What more do ya want? Earthy funk, horse blanket, white wine grape skins, lemon, crusher.

Close to perfect. Wood-leathery smell, mild acidity, low alcohol.

Solid but feeling a bit too heavy on the younger end of the lambic curve. Not tasting much 3 year for some reason.
