4.3. Somehow a pretty muted version of this. Very funky, but missing some of the citrus/lemon zest notes that I expect & love from cantillon. Quite tart but a nice creamy mouthfeel. Some aged hops.

Huge dollop of wood on the nose. Standard Cantillon funk on the palate.

Moldy green apples, earthy, dry mouth feeling in the finish. Bit grassy. The cap has oxidized and became pink , the cork is soaking wet. A light puff while opening with a nice zizzle

Still nice, not as mind blowing as it struck me in the past.

It's got that maltier backbone, and lots of funky, mushroom notes.

Love that cantillon funk. Proper 2015 glassware. Remembering great times!

Thanks Chris for bringing da funk for the OCSC first playoff game 🦁⚽️💜

Delicious. Well balanced between the hops and the sour. Funk was present as well. Think this will continue to develop well. Had to crack a 2015 to celebrate the first ever playoff game for Orlando City since 2015 was their first year in the league.

9 March 2015 bottle. Pours with a healthy white head atop a dark straw body. Nose is fascinating: woody, deep funk, slightest hints of Band Aid. On the palate, it is rich and balanced, mildly tart, woody, hints of syrupy overripe citrus. Long end/linger.

Special bottles for special days. Didn’t get to go to Belgium like I wanted in 2020 but hoping to make it there soon. Crazy how the hops kept for 5 years in this gem. Very underrated, lemony easy drinker
