Definitively cantillon. Lightly peppery in a good way, much oakier than the 3F OGV. Holding up so well though—always a treat to try these things.

Vraiment différente de la Bokke.J’adore le petit côté pâte d’amande-ish dans le milieu de la gorgée. Mêlé à la geuze c’est vraiment complexe. Une chance, Hugo a su les différencier. Better luck next time Vince. Crédit 📸 François Trudel.

Celebrating getting promoted to Director today!!! This bottle was brewed the year I got my first (paid) position in clinical research & bottled the year a met my husband. This beer and I have both had an awesome journey since 🥰 has that token musky funk!

Another stunner. The body was musty, but a lot of great carb and effervescence were still hanging out. Fruit flavors seem to have blossomed as it sat - got light peach, Macintosh apple, and some dark cherry as well. Pepper stood out more, too. 4.6
