Amazingly this is the first time I've had a Cantillon beer on draught and it doesn't disappoint. A wonderfully complex farmhouse beer with the sourness dialled back ever so slightly, great stuff.

This taste less of grapes than previous vintages, tasty, but a bit behind what I'm used to. On the other hand, some Vigneronne were quite acidic in the past and this one is quite round.

Hanasta. Terassikalja. Aavistuksen rypäleinen tuoksu. Kuiva hillityn hapokas maku. Jälkimaussa kellaria ja hevostallia. Hieno viinimäinen lambic.

Muted Horn in Berlijn. Prachtige cantillon's op de kaart. Deze hadden we vorig jaar gemist. Prachtige zuurgraad en een stevige funk. Druiven komen heerlijk door. Oh wat is dit toch heerlijk🤩

Great start to the trip. Fairly soft acidity. Apple and oak notes. Not super complex at this stage but very pleasant to drink.

Eetlust opwekkend bier: stal, lichtvoetig, fruitig en toch droog, Brett, iets hartigs ook, druifje, prachtig aperitief. 🥰
