The marrying of fruit and funk, sweet and sour. Wonderfully balanced and neither spiky nor saccharine like some fruited lambics can be.

Best of the show at zwanze night. Had an old batch pretty similar to this one, like a raspberry candy, perfectly centered and nice to have. 4.6

Fruity and bright, tart, balanced sweetness and acidity. Color is stunning after just two months in the bottle. Light carb dissipates quickly.

Riklig doft av hallon och syra. Smaken är riklig med hallon och en sån riktigt äkta smak. Syra, surhet, lätt funky, len och allmänt välbalanserad.

我爱覆盆子，低温状态下酸感跟果味融合的恰到好处，回温以后酸感上来了，果味跟轻微的野菌味也进一步体现出来，山子说没喝过这么年轻的兰比克，我觉得水果兰比克还是新鲜的好喝

Fruitig en funky. Volop zure frambozen met een funky gist smaak in de afdronk. Licht slijmvormend in de nasmaak. Prettig zuur en verfrissend.
