It’s interesting and herbal. The woodruff is almost too aromatic but the lambic rounds it out.

Let it air a bit as it seemed a sharp, but mellowed out. Pithy grapefruit dominates up front finishing with signature cantillon funk. Popping to celebrate Brussels tickets ✈️

Starts off with some funky, musty notes and the grapes take over, like a richer natty wine. Sweeter than expected but still really tasty.

This was wild. Unique and funky, probably My favorite beer of the weekend. Snagged the last extra ticket and was happy to revisit.

Little carb, but grape funk for days. It’s very soft, but also fruit forward. Sadly the wife saw me open and took her share 😢

Grapefruit and light funk, no barrel but musty and corky on the finish 😞

Funk and grapefruit, not much carb or barrel. Pretty much still.

Vanilla and berry, with a nice funky nose. Smooth and well balanced: the wife is very happy we opened.

A bit acidic at first, but fruit for days. Wishing for more funk but the fruit makes up for it. 4.3

No pop when opening, needs some more carb. That said, barnyard / straw / hay, rich grapefruit, some barrel. 4.4

Young gueze upfront with some funk on the backend. Not much barrel, but still pretty tasty.
