Définitivement très atypique comme bière mais j’ai adoré !! Au nez, cannelle au début puis estragons et cornichons, en bouche c’est floral, très très floral et légèrement acide. Malade !! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Fucking weird hahaha , chamomille , cornichon , floral . En bouche cest tres intense , sureau , vinaigrette italienne , pickle. Pas trop d'acidité. Cest suprenement bon lol

lci moeder 01.09.2023 One of thew few i guessed right during the blind tasting, the woodruff was quite present but still very pleasent to drink. A weird combo, but i enjoyed it a lot.

Another beer which blew me away. Loved it at Quint, and this bottle was even better. Fluffy woodruff, industrial notes which I get sometimes in whisky, mineral/sherry character from the lambic base. Elegant aperitif, with a long lasting dry finish

15 avril Fruitière. Je vais utiliser le mot du voyage, c’était polarisant ça. Moi j’ai beaucoup aimé. Tellement odorante, nez floral, pickle, plantes, fleurs. Fou. En bouche ça goûte moins intense que ça sent, ce qui est une bonne chose. Super expérience

malic-dominated, ok-bodied, slightly sweet, a touch of black pepper. All was going well. But woodruff adds this elderflower on steroids aroma, overwhelming herbal and bitter, almost medicinal notes when drinking.

This is very, very weird but also very good. Super herbal, earthy, floral. I can’t properly describe exactly what’s happening but I’ve never had anything like it and I probably never will again.

Soooo good. Kinda strange on nose. Fresh onion and herbs. But on plate you got green apple and white grapes a little bit at last. Cinnamon in aftertaste.

Lambic blended with grandmother tisana. Balsamic, piney, floral forward. Dry and funk. Mostly flat and still lambic life. Intense, fragrant.

You definitely get the woodruff, German resident can't miss it as the national flavoring of the country haha! Interesting but I wouldn't drink that one too often to be honest.

Even Jean said back in 2008 this was unbalanced. Orange peel, cardamom notes, and just a bit too odd for me.
