Great! Red berries, raspberry notes, vinous, floral, off-dry, this has ages magically! Thanks Xiaodi Y. #BottleConditioned

Love how the lambic pairs so well with the Aglianico grapes, giving it more balanced and mellow red berry notes than its wine counterpart. Acidity is quite low which I enjoy.

Heerlijk zachte rode druiven Lambic, prachtig spul. Mooi hout tonen ook.

Very fruity, lots of red wine character that gives me ribena type aromas. Lots of barrel character but not much funk.

Very well balanced grape lambic. Lots of power from the aglianco grapes. The tannins of the grapes are dominant and more than stand up to the lambic. Slight beaujolais bubblegum note. Plenty of woody barrel. Not a subtle beer, very good.

Superb. Very wine-ey. Lots of red fruits and complex funky notes. Bone dry.

Really good, very vinous, lot of tannins and red fruit, great pairing with the flammekuche with pata negra

I think it lacks a tad bit of complexity but it will be a phenomenal beer. Age this 3-4 year and your will have a stunner. Glad to have had it, no bottle pic due to numbering reasons!

A little funk, red fruits, vinous, slightly tart, dry with a bitter aftertaste
