2022, sammen med vinen (2017). Lett, tyrolerepler, tørre pærer, lett hvitvinssødme. Vinen mer fat, mer funk, mer intens.

현지 양조장에서 느낀 타격감을 다시금 느낄 수 있었다. 그레이프 에일의 느낌도 강하게 난다. 포도를 아주 진하게 잘 사용했다. 끝나고 텁텁한 느낌이 생각보다 잘 안 든다. 역시 람빅은 몇년 묵혀야지 더 강력한 것 같다. 맑은 질감보다 묵직한 질감이 잘 느껴진다. 향도 아주 튀지 않고 은은하다. 약간 새콤달콤한 맛도 난다. 뒤에 약간 튀는 맛도 난다. 마지막 아래쪽 마실 땐 질감도 부드럽고 향이 조금 더 진해진다.

08/20/20 check-in. Loads of green apple, white grapes, some hints of lactic bacteria but way less than six months before — I’m sure it will adjust for an even better taste in a year. Somehow flat, moderately funky, so dry. 4.30

Cool trying this next to the wine. Tart, rounded, really nice balance. Carries some of the tannins and orange blossom over.

Clear gold with minimal white head. Grapes, musty, barrel, medium sourness, very soft texture.

A delicious blend of the notes of lambic and wine. Tartness, grapes, sourness, vanilla, wood and bitterness. Balanced.

Super fruity but with a lot of funk. Pear, plum, green grape, melon, floral honey, apple. Mildly oxidized/rich/fatty feel. Buttery rich white wine. Excellent.

Interesting beer, probably would have benefited from breathing and warming up some more.
