This could easily pass as a natural wine. So much grape funk, the amphora fermentation makes this really different. Still quite sweet, some green grapes as well. Bottled 2018,released 2019 according to Jean Moeder.

This was absolutely inception schizophrenic crazy. Smelled intensely of Armagnac barrel aged blister chili oil roasted crickets, taste followed suite

I like this even more than the Drogone. Softly acidic, just a touch of vinegar, heaps of gentle white wine. This is like a fistful of flowers kinda. That line between white wine and lambic. This is one of my fav Loons yet.

Sourish, tart, puckery a bit. Papaya hints maybe. Can’t figure it out. Grapes, sugars, peach, nectarines maybe. I wonder what the clay gave.

Soft in the way a silky oaked Chardonnay is…rich in the mouth. Slightly sweeter.

Maybe the best white wine-style lambic I've ever had. Grape pomace stayed in amphora for 6mo before meeting the 2yo lambic.

My favorite beer of the weekend, and this is probably the best bottle of the three. I need to get a few of these for the cellar. This and Scarabee are really amazing.

It's been a while, but still as awesome as always, only Racine comes close to it profile wine but Sophia is usually more stable imo

Extremely well balanced with acidity and fruits. Feel like a 5-8 years Cantillon but lots of fruits as it is young. 👍👍
