Likely my riskiest Cantillon purchase (unless I somehow encounter the beetroot Zwanze), as not mad keen on elderflower. Predictably enough it's worked in masterfully, rather than standing alone as a flavour. Very funky, VERY dry. Above average acidity.

Fantastic aroma of leather, hay-like brett and woody herbs. The flavor has perfect soft acidity with great depth of funk and barrel notes. The finish has strong herbals with hints of dill, parsley and flowers. Elegant mouthfeel and texture.

Het weekend goed inzetten met een Mamoucheke. In de neus een en al vlierbloesem. Het bier daarentegen is goed in balans. Droog, matig zuur en heel floraal. Maar de vlierbloesen overheerst niet te fel. Zeker niet als hij fris gedronken wordt.

エルダーフラワーの青さを感じる香り。口に含むとピーマン的な青さ。リンデマンスのブロッサムグーズほど主張が強すぎずに良いバランス。マイルドな酸味。程よい苦味が後を引き締める。美味しい。 最近のカンティヨンはかなり酸味大人しくなったよね。

흙? 나무? 같은 냄새가 강렬. 그 뒤에 꽃향기가 올라옴. 탄산은 앞에꺼보단 살짝 살짝 더 있는 느낌. 단맛은 50N 4E랑 비슷한 수준인데 쓴맛이 거의 없어서 좀 더 달게느껴짐.

Nez floral, sureau, presque oxydatif. Grosse évolution avec l'ouverture. Équilibre brillant entre le lambic et le floral. Sureau évidemment en fil conducteur. 4,3

Earthy and floral, the elderflower still comes through nice and prominent. Woody acidity that is quite soft for its youth with some lemon balm, green olive and dry green tea. The complexity overcomes my 'meh' feelings toward elderflower.
