Brett, sureau et lambic au nez, très élégant et équilibré, en bouche c'est plus sec, sureau toujours qui match bien. Belle longueur pas trop acide

Nez littéralement le plus extraordinaire du monde : Fleurs, fruits jaunes, jambon blanc. La bouche est beaucoup moins impressionnante, mais malgré tout très jolie : acidité prononcée, léger funk, très aligoté. Nez vraiment ouf

Nez: fleur de sureau, vegetal; bouche : encore une fois attaque tres peu acide c'est doux avec la fleur de sureau qui amene beaucoup de fraîcheur et un cote fruite vegetal. Final legeremebt sureau et un fond de bouche piment (pas piquant juste le gout)

Hanasta. Sen verran kuiva ja hapan, että kiristää kivasti suupieliä. Parhaimmillaan näin pieninä annoksina. Seljankukka maistuu.

Barnyard, wood and elderflower aroma. Flavors follow soft and mildly citric. Medium sweet, acidic and body. Oily, juicy floral finish. Great balance and drinkability.

Very similar to a regular geuze. Subtle added flavor of the flowers. Surprisingly smooth and tasty.

Herbal and slightly briney, Brussels funk. Green apple and elderflower. Goes still quickly, herbal flavors pop as it warms.
