ああ、しっかり酸味。強い柑橘感。ランビックとはこうだよな、と思わせる味わいですな。最近の綺麗で果実感あるのもよいが、グーズがやはり好きですな。

Very acidic and surprisingly un-complex. Notes of grapefruit, pineapple, rubber, green apples and grape. Flavor is full on bitter grapefruit, and hurts the teeth and gums. Refreshing and sour, but not much else?!

2017 bottle. The head retention on this is incredible and the nose is vibrant and reminiscent of a nice champaign. The funky and acidic body is incredibly balanced and finishes so so smooth. Excellent.

Don't think this is the right one, but this is what the barcode brought me to and there's no 5.5% beer in their catalogue I can post this to. Posting issues aside, the venture into lambic continues. A style I'm enjoying.

Door de wilde gist heeft dit bier een bijzondere smaak en geur. Paardenstal komt nog het beste in de buurt. Je moet er van houden.
