Incredible nose: Wet wood, Armagnac gives it a certain sweetness. Taste is super complex, a certain nuttiness like walnuts, oak dryness, Armagnac all over. 🔥

When I tried this fresh I found the Armagnac overwhelming and didn't like it at all. Now it has aged into a complex beauty 😘👌

Shit yes, so goddamn rich. Just a tad boozy, but the right kind of boozy. Barely even tastes of lambic

Has developed a little more acidity with time. Still a lot of barrel, but it’s more balanced now. Glad I have a few more, only going to get better with more time. A little more funk and this is going to be damn near perfect. 4.7

EB Frilltessence 2023. Paired with assorted cheeses. Lovely medley of different spirit barrels and developing funk. Delicious!

After 6 years this lambic is splendid! Well carbonated, with a funky, farmy, horse blanket, leatherish, woody, earthy and citrus aroma. Delicious moderate to hight tarty, acid, funky, citrus, to moderate dry ending. Very well balanced!
