Last night at Monk’s Cafe. Huge thanks to ryan for a pour of this 🍇 🐳. Rubber, grape skins, complex wine, house funk, herbals, and citrus. Light acidity. So fucking good….More vino than beer. 4.8

Bottled 6 April 2020. Vinous, dry, white wine, orange and slightly funky. Feels more like a white wine than a lambic in a good way.

Plus fruitée, on sent bien le raisin avec un côté agrume, et le côté vineux encore. Une acidité légère mais sympa aussi.

One of the surprises at cantillon! This bottle between the group of roughly 10 was among the best of the day. So much vinsanto character all while such little sweetness. Amazing integration of lambic and wine, even at such a young age! 4.6

Starts off sweet, white winelike but ends wry, dry with flavoufs of must and (grape)seeds. Very special, but I like it!

Eerder kruidig aroma, floraal (herfstbladeren, druiventakken). (Zoete) druiven, zoete witte wijn. Licht zuur, eerder zoet. Uitzonderlijke blend!

Smells sweet and honey. Very like sweet white wine. Taste sweet and honey-ish. But overall it's kinda dry.. weird 😂.
