Hazy golden color. Apricot, plum with elderflower, hay, straw, wood like characters. Strong elegant tartness, mild sweetness, no bitterness. Strong carbonation, medium body. Apricot like aftertastes. Excellent!

Fruit has fallen off quite a bit, but it’s still perfectly carbonated. I reckon I’ll finish off my last few bottles of this asap - it’s not getting any better.

Bel arôme funky à boisé de nectarine. Goût assez surette de nectarine et noyau, abricot frais et prune, bel apport des bretts, légèrement boisé, finale bien tart. Excellente! 4.35

Mucho mas fan hoy de la vignerone que de la fou'Foune, esto no quita que sea top. Mucho albaricoque pero algo dulzona, en exceso, mucha pulpa.
