Incredible. The balance of the sweetness and tartness of the Apricot with the funk and dryness of the lambic is perfect.

2020 has lots of apricot fuzz and skin in the nose. Followed by the flavor of slightly tart apricot juice and finishes with a lasting lambic delightful flavor.

Beaucoup d'abricots belle aciditée style bonbons poudreux surettes un peu de bois petit funk c'est vraiment très bon! Du panier au verre à lambic en passant par la carafe... fcken inutile haha c'est une 2020 cheers!

Lukter veldig mye aprikos, litt funky høy og søtt brød. Smaker mye aprikos, mye syrlig eple, funky høy, søtt brød og litt eik. Søt aprikos og mye syrlighet på ettersmaken, mye kullsyre

Nice apricot on the nose. Once it breathes it's an explosion of apricot. Very, very acidic finish with a nice light funk.

PA-REL! Tweede kennismaking met Fou'Foune en wederom werelds. Fruitig abrikozenaroma met dat funky stalletje en dat zuurtje. Veel koolzuur en prikkelt heel je mond en smaakbeleving.

Je finis ça avec la photo du lineup de la soirée. Ceci est clairement mon coup de coeur. Quel beau lambic dessert. Le côté sucré de l'abricot très mûr est présent au nez et en bouche. La gorgée se balance bien entre l'acidité de la bière et le sucre. Wow!

LCI. Grootouders 65 jaar getrouwd en dat moest gevierd worden. We halen de betere flessen uit de kelder! Telkens een parel van een bier! Dat fruitig abrikozenkarakter met dat mooi zuurtje. Fan!

One of my favorite fruited lambics. The fruit is so well integrated with the magical base beer. Glad I opened this one somewhat fresh.
